Platform usage conditions for buyers, sellers, landlords, and survey clients
1. Platform Acceptance
By using the REMS real estate marketplace and land survey platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Listing Verification & Accuracy
While REMS enforces strict due diligence and cadastral verification protocols, property prices, dimensions, and availability are subject to statutory registration and final contract execution.
3. Professional Survey Services
All land surveys requested through the platform are conducted by licensed geomatics surveyors in accordance with the Laws of Tanzania.
